• Profile information: category, city, portfolio, photos, bio, and other details you choose to add as an Artist or Recruiter.
• Job & application data: job posts, applications, messages exchanged between users on the Platform.
• Usage data: pages visited, device/browser information, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and operate your account, and to show your profile to the other party (Artists to Recruiters and vice versa) as intended by the Platform.
• To communicate with you about your account, applications, or platform updates.
• To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Platform.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

Your profile information is shared with other users as part of the core function of the marketplace (e.g. a Recruiter can see an Artist’s public profile, and vice versa). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited data with service providers (such as hosting or analytics providers) strictly to operate the Platform, and with authorities where required by law.

4. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can update most information directly from your dashboard, or write to us at grievance@kalakaarchowk.com for any other request.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
