1. Be Genuine

Use your real name and accurate information. Do not create fake profiles, impersonate someone else, or misrepresent your skills, portfolio, or hiring intentions.

2. Be Respectful

Treat every Artist and Recruiter with courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, gender, or any other protected characteristic, and any form of intimidation will not be tolerated.

3. No Spam or Scams

Do not post misleading job listings, request upfront payments to "confirm" a booking, or use the Platform to promote unrelated products or services.

4. Post Honest Content

Job listings should accurately describe the role, requirements and (where applicable) compensation. Artist portfolios should only include work that is genuinely the artist’s own or that they have rights to showcase.

5. Reporting Violations

If you come across a profile or listing that breaks these guidelines, please report it to our Grievance Officer.

6. Consequences

Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform, at Kalakaar Chowk’s discretion.
